Our standard
The website and the employee applications are designed and tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, in Arabic (right-to-left) and English.
What we built in
- Keyboard access to every page, a “Skip to content” link, visible focus and logical focus order.
- Screen-reader support: landmarks, headings, labelled buttons and form fields, live announcements for results and errors.
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1, information never shown by colour alone, and a high-contrast mode.
- Text can be enlarged to 125% (and zoomed to 200% in the browser) without losing content; readable spacing and a legible font option.
- Animations respect the “reduce motion” setting of your device and can be paused from the accessibility button on every page.
- Touch targets of at least 44 × 44 px, no time limits without warning, and a read-aloud option.
Alternatives
- Face and voice sign-in is optional — password sign-in is always available, and enrolment can be done from photos or without a microphone.
- The 3D facility map has a text list of buildings, floors, rooms and doors, and cinematic videos can be paused, scrubbed and played with gentle motion.
- The assistant “Sanad” works by typing as well as by voice, and every spoken reply is also shown as text.

Camera-based features depend on your device and browser permissions. Some uploaded documents (PDF, images) may not be fully accessible; contact us for an accessible copy.
